You have 30 days to return anything unworn with the tags on, and the return label is free. Start a return from your account and your refund goes back to your card within 5 business days of it reaching us.

Each product page has a size guide with chest, waist and inseam in inches. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger one for layering pieces and your usual size for shorts. The fit finder can also suggest a full outfit in four questions.

Yes. Type up to 20 characters in the engraving field on the Insulated Bottle page. Engraved bottles ship within 2 business days and, because they are made just for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

The Packable Rain Shell is on pre-order. Your card is charged when you order and your shell ships with the first production run. If you order other items with it, we ship them together unless you ask us to split the parcel.

Wash technical kit cold and hang it to dry, which keeps the fabric performing for longer. Skip fabric softener: it clogs the fibres. Each product page lists its own care notes.
